I received in the mail prior to turning 65 the Sun Coast informational magazine. It is a good resource for beginning to understand how Medicare works. I then called Sun Coast and Beth Kallio answered. She has remained my advisor ever since. Beth was and is extremely patient and helpful explaining various options while also looking for the best plan to fit my budget and needs. She’s talked with me several times and each time she’s guided me through the signup process and eventual change of plans. I doubt I would have been able to do those sign-ups or comparison of plans and costs without her help. I highly recommend Sun Coast and its excellent advisor Beth Kallio. Five stars for both!

Even with a lifelong career as a CPA working with tax laws and government rules I was overwhelmed by the details that affected my choices in selecting Medicare coverage. I called to sign my disabled son up for a Medicare Advantage plan because we had been informed that he had lost his special needs Medicare/Medicaid coverage.
